What Stringline does

Four parts, and the job moves through all of them

A lead becomes a quote, the quote becomes the invoice, and the invoice gets paid. What is in each one is below.

01

Leads

Your enquiry form goes on your own website, and what the customer typed lands on your board. Accepting a lead matches it to a customer and a property, so the same person enquiring twice stays one customer.

The form can price itself too: the customer picks the work and the lead arrives as a priced draft quote.

02

Quotes

Tap your measurements in on site and the quantities and the price comes from your own price book. Your customer opens the quote and accepts it, and you see the moment it was opened.

03

Invoices

The invoice is built from the quote the customer accepted, plus the extra work they agreed to, less whatever has already been billed. Nothing is typed in again.

Kept, into Xero and out

Your supplier's invoice goes on the job too, so what you paid sits beside what you quoted.

04

Getting paid

Your bank details are on the invoice, and a direct credit is recorded against it in part or in full. Connect Stripe and your customer can pay by card from the invoice link, straight into your own account.

Your trade

Pick yours and see how it prices

A painter measures rooms, a fencer measures runs, a stopper counts sheets, a sparky counts points. The words change and the sum underneath is the same, so every one of these has a page showing how its own work gets measured and priced.

Pricing

One plan, one price, and everyone on your crew is in it

Try it free for 14 days. After that it is a flat monthly rate for your whole crew, invoiced to you like anything else. Put another person on and the bill does not move.
